Usher being sued!

A Florida DJ is Suing Usher over stolen Track!

According to TMZ:
Usher is being sued by a Florida dj DJ Mixx. Mixx is saying that he composed the music for a song called “Let It Go”  in 2008 and tried selling it but, received no takers.  He alleges that one of the people he let hear it passed it on to Usher and was then given some lyrics, mixed and then placed on Usher’s Raymond v. Raymond album as “Hey Daddy.”  Mixx says Usher’s crew copyrighted the song as theirs and he’s not been given any royalties or acknowledgment for his work.  His legal team is suing Usher for an unspecified amount and also to stop Usher from ever performing this song again.

Do you believe that the idea for "Hey Daddy" Came from this Florida DJ?
