Woman Suing After Contracting Herpes From Rihanna’s Lipstick

Rihanna’s lips may be the source of many a man’s fantasy, but her lipstick has one woman pouting. According to the NY Daily News, a Harlem woman has filed a lawsuit claiming that she contracted the herpes virus after applying a MAC lipstick endorsed by Rihanna.

Starkeema Greenidge, 28, alleges she contracted the virus when a representative of MAC Cosmetics applied a used tube of “RiRi Woo” to her soup coolers outside of Rihanna’s show at The Barclays Center on May 7th.

“I wasn’t able to work for two weeks. It cost me a lot of money,” Greenidge, a waitress, told the Daily News.

Requesting unspecified damages, Greenidge claims the herpes has caused her “mental anguish and emotional distress.”

Do we call BS on this claim or does RiRi need to check what she puts in or in this case on her lipstick products?
