Justin Beiber Arrested For DUI & Drag Racing

Bieber who was just hauled in for egging his neighbors house and under investigation in Los Angeles decided to fly to South Beach for a few days where he blew 75,000 at King Of Diamonds. 

TMZ has learned that last night after being court side at the Miami Heat game, Justin made his way to the club and left considerably drunk. Not only was he inebriated but he got behind the wheel of his yellow Lamborghini and challenged someone to a street race. That’s when things took a turn for the worst as you can imagine and JB was arrested for drunk driving. 

In addition to the DUI, Biebervelli was ticketed for drag racing and resisting arrest after officers requested for him to take his hands out of his pockets. JB was taken to a local police station and booked, where he’s currently awaiting bail.

We all knew that sooner or later it would all come out.....From X-Rated Photos to Angry text messages.... Bieber sent messages to Selena Gomez last week shortly after his place was raided in response to his alleged egg attack on his neighbor’s property.

The messages, which RadarOnline.com has verified are real, were forwarded by a cellphone registered to Gomez’s stepfather, Brian Teefey, to one of her friends.

“Baby come on. I love you,” Bieber, 19, texted Gomez, inciting an angry backlash from the woman he’d been spotted on vacation with just a few weeks before.

“I don’t buy that bullshit anymore,” Gomez snapped back. “I was honest with you and I gave you a second chance. All my friends were right, You’re such an a**hole.”

Unabashed, the “Baby” hit-maker responded, “You’re all I need right now. I know I can make it right with you.”

But that only made Gomez angrier.

“U r a drug addict,” she responded in the text provided by a source. “U need help.”

Then, he tried a different approach.

“Come on,” Bieber wrote. “Don’t tell me you don’t miss this,” before apparently sending Gomez a photo of his erect penis. Bieber, who is left-handed, grabs his genitals with his left hand in the photo.

“Stop it,” she texted. “You need to listen to Scooter [Braun, his manager] and go to rehab. U r sick.”

As Radar has reported, members of Bieber’s camp have been urging the oft-troubled singer to enter treatment in the days following his alleged egging attack on his neighbor’s home. He is privately denying that he has any issues.

In the messages, Bieber made his feelings on the issue clear.

“Rehab? F*ck that!” he replied. “I make that f***er so much money,” before sending Gomez yet another penis pic, apparently unwilling to give up the chase.

“Why r u sending these to me. We r done,” she insisted.

“And how can u let [Lil Za] take the fall or your actions,” she continued, apparently referencing his BFF Lil Za’s arrest for drug possession after a police raid at Bieber’s home uncovered molly and Xanax ” in plain view.”

Gomez continued, “U need to grow the f*ck up. I hope you get jail time [for the egging attack]. U deserve it at this point.”

“F*CK YOU!!!!! I need to grow up?!” Bieber lashed back. “HA ok! Enjoy life with OUT ME B*TCH!!! F*ck you. F*ck Scooter. F*ck all y’all. IAM DONE!”

Gomez responded:

 “Good!!! Go ‘retire’ or whatever bullish*t attention ur trying to get.” 

But refusing to take the bait, he texted back, 

“Can’t hear you over my cash, babe! You’re only famous cuz of me. You know it. I know. Everybody knows. Bye. … Go f**k someone else. Keep that talentless p***y away from me!”

When word of the shocking leaked texts reached Bieber’s camp Friday, Radar has learned, Bieber insisted he had not sent them, leading to an erroneous online report labeling them “phony.”

Did Egging a House Cost Justin Bieber $20,000 In Damages?

Justin Bieber's alleged egg-throwing incident could have the singer facing serious charges.

According to TMZ, the Biebs launched a number of raw eggs at one of his neighbor's posh L.A. house. The disgruntled homeowner actually caught some of the vandalism on video and is seeking to bring the pop star to court.

Since the damages are estimated to be way above $400, Bieber could be facing felony charges/

We're told the entire front of his house must be re-plastered. To do the job -- which is especially expensive because it's Venetian plaster -- will cost around $15K. There's another $5,000 in damage to the entry, including various doors that must be re-stained.

We're told neither Justin nor his people have contacted the neighbor with an offer to pay ... they haven't even called to say J.B. is sorry.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... the case will be referred to the L.A. County D.A. who could then file vandalism charges against the singer.

Justin Bieber sat down with LA’s Power 106 radio station yesterday an announced that he’s retiring from music. He told listeners: 

‘After the new album, I’m actually retiring man. I’m retiring.’

For those of you who don’t know, his new album Journals is due out next week.

Radio host Big Boy, reacted by exclaiming ‘What?’ and an audible gasp could be heard from the radio program’s cast of characters moments after Justin announced the news.

However while Bieber seemed adamant at first, following their reaction, he backtracked slightly suggesting he has not quite made up his mind: 

‘I want to grow as an artist and I’m taking a step out, I want my music to mature.’

He finished up his announcement with:

 ‘I’m here solely for my fans and for the music.’
