Terrance Howard and Jennifer Hudson [Movie Trailer] "Winnie"

Jennifer Hudson will be acting in a biopic of Winnie Mandella who is the wife of South African apartheid Leader Nelson Mandela who will be played by Terrence Howard.





This is a role that some people werent too excited to see the two playing the part. There were not to many good reviews from the screening at the 2011 Toronto Film Festival  calming that is lacked enthusiasm but, now the public will be able to state their opinions on the film that is scheduled to be released in the Fall.


This film was directed by Darrell Roodt and the plot of the film follows the life of Winnie from her early childhood, marriage & the imprisonment of her husband Nelson Mandella.
According to Soul Culture

"The film chronicles her continuous harassment by the security police, banishment to a small Free State town, betrayal by friends and allies, and more than a year in solitary confinement."
