It looks like we may have another hood classic on our hands.

eBay yanked an item posted by Ari Mandel, selling his place in heaven. He racked up $100,000 in bids before it was pulled.

Ebay has pulled a New Jersey man’s auction for his “Portion in olam habaah (heaven),” right after one eager bidder reportedly placed $100,000 on the table.

Ari Mandel isn’t too surprised.

“It was nice to fantasize," Mandel told The Jewish Forward.  “But I didn’t think it was going to happen.”

Miguel Fan Is Now Considering Pursuing a Lawsuit After Head Injury During Billboard Awards Performance

We all saw this coming. Remember last week when Miguel thought he could fly but ended up landing on an audience member’s head? Well, he might be getting sued.

Khyati Shah—the audience member who was accidentally landed on by the singer during his performance at the Billboard Music Awards a few weeks back—is now “considering” legal action.

Shah’s attorney, Vip Bhola, tells E! News exclusively that a decision will be made soon on whether to file a lawsuit against Miguel pending Khyati’s most recent medical results. He noted that the fan has been experiencing “difficulties” as a result of the incident.

“We will determine that after we have feedback from medical providers,” Bhola told E! News, declining to give a timeline on when any civil action might be filed.
The attorney also added that he has not spoken to the performer’s legal representatives, but did leave open the possibility of a settlement.

Shortly after he crash-landed on top of her during a poorly timed jump across the stage, Khyati was all smiles in an interview alongside the crooner while holding an ice pack on her elbow.
In the same interview, Miguel called her his “new friend,” and lamented they met under “not the best circumstances” but promised he’d make it up to her.
He later tweeted, “got caught up in the moment, thank goodness Khyati is okay,” only to delete the post the next day.

Bhola added that Khyati was in “shock and star struck” after the awards ceremony when she was interviewed, but that her medical condition has since worsened in the days after.

A rep for Miguel was unavailable for comment.

Rihanna’s lips may be the source of many a man’s fantasy, but her lipstick has one woman pouting. According to the NY Daily News, a Harlem woman has filed a lawsuit claiming that she contracted the herpes virus after applying a MAC lipstick endorsed by Rihanna.

Starkeema Greenidge, 28, alleges she contracted the virus when a representative of MAC Cosmetics applied a used tube of “RiRi Woo” to her soup coolers outside of Rihanna’s show at The Barclays Center on May 7th.

“I wasn’t able to work for two weeks. It cost me a lot of money,” Greenidge, a waitress, told the Daily News.

Requesting unspecified damages, Greenidge claims the herpes has caused her “mental anguish and emotional distress.”

Do we call BS on this claim or does RiRi need to check what she puts in or in this case on her lipstick products?
